Gravely® Introduces OVIS-X brush mower and Pro-Turn® 200 ZT Mower

Fleet-favorite mower returns with premium features, proven durability, and smart value for professional landscapers

Strong dealer and landscaper demand leads to the return of the Gravely® Pro-Turn® 200 commercial zero-turn mower. Available in 52” and 60” deck widths, this fleet favorite reenters the lineup to fill a critical price point in the commercial segment while offering high durability, comfort, and performance at a value that’s hard to beat.

“This is a mower that earned its strong reputation through years of dependable service in the field,” said AriensCo Chief Revenue Officer Stephen Ariens. “Bringing it back is a direct response to our customers who need a strong, reliable workhorse that delivers premium results without the premium price tag.”

Originally launched in the mid-2010s, the Pro-Turn 200 quickly became a mainstay in commercial fleets. Its return reflects Gravely’s commitment to listening to the voice of the customer and delivering solutions that meet their needs.

“The Pro-Turn 200 is a proven performer with a high value proposition,” said Gravely Brand Director Patrick McQuillan. “It’s not the lowest-priced commercial mower in our lineup, and it’s not the highest-end, but it hits the sweet spot for commercial landscapers who don’t need a lot of extras but still want durability, comfort, and productivity at a cost-efficient price.”

Built for the job. Priced for the fleet.

The Pro-Turn 200 is engineered to help landscapers power through long days with fewer interruptions and greater comfort. It features Gravely’s X-Factor® 2 deck designed with baffling that produces smooth clipping dispersion and a clean, consistent cut in a variety of conditions.

A 13.4-gallon fuel tank minimizes refueling stops, while the premium cut-and-sew suspension seat cushions the operator from rough terrain through long hours. The mower’s steel tubular frame adds structural integrity and long-term durability, even in demanding environments.

Within the chassis, landscapers will find Kawasaki FX850 and FX921 engines—top-tier choices for commercial professionals who demand reliability and power. These engines are paired with Hydro-Gear ZT-5400 transaxles, which drive the unit to a top speed of 13 mph and offer smooth, responsive control.

One of the more popular features from the original model returns: a lower operator position that enhances center of gravity and hill-holding ability for greater confidence and control when navigating slopes and uneven terrain.

“The Pro-Turn 200 is ideal for fleet buyers who need reliable performance and long-term value, delivering where it counts” said McQuillan. “It’s built to mow the distance, priced to compete, and backed by Gravely’s dealer network and warranty support.”

Accessories and support that mow the distance

The Pro-Turn 200 will be available with a full line of accessories, including a grass mulching kit, baggers, trailer hitch kit, headlight kit, and more—giving landscapers the flexibility to customize their equipment to match the needs of the job.

It comes with a five-year / 1,250-hour limited warranty (whichever comes first) with no hour limit for the first two years, plus limited lifetime warranties on the deck shell and frame. Administration of the Kawasaki and Hydro-Gear warranties are also supported by the trained service professionals throughout Gravely’s nationwide network of independently owned and operated dealerships.

The Pro-Turn 200 was designed at AriensCo’s Brillion, Wisconsin, headquarters, and will be fabricated and assembled at AriensCo’s manufacturing facility in Fayetteville, Tennessee. It will be available exclusively at Gravely dealerships in the U.S. and Canada beginning spring 2026 and retail for a suggested list price starting at $13,647.00 USD.

Gravely® OVIS-X brush mower puts more control at the operator’s fingertips

The remote-controlled mower now offers an improved operator interface, greater convenience, and more control in environments where most mowers can’t cut

Gravely® is taking high-slope brush mowing to the next level with the new OVIS-X. The OVIS-X builds on the unique capability of the OVIS platform with a redesigned controller that improves the operator interface and adds greater control and convenience when tackling steep and otherwise impossible mowing environments.

“The OVIS platform is all about opening landscapers’ access to new markets and service opportunities on steep slopes and in hard-to-reach areas more safely, efficiently, and comfortably,” said Gravely Brand Director Patrick McQuillan. “The OVIS-X builds on those strong benefits by adding blade engagement and cutting height controls to the remote so professionals can be even more productive.”

The OVIS-X features a smaller remote with improved ergonomics, including refined handle and controls placement for reduced hand strain during long mowing sessions. Additionally, key functions are brought directly to the operator’s fingertips. Users can now adjust cutting height and engage or disengage blade rotation from the remote—functions that previously required direct interaction with the machine itself.

“These enhancements save time and reduce the need to physically interact with the mower during operation,” said McQuillan. “Instead of first walking to the machine, you can now make some of these adjustments in seconds from more than football field away.”

The OVIS-X also includes a simplified transaxle disengagement system, making it easier to tow the machine.

Like its predecessor, the OVIS-X is built to go where traditional mowers can’t—or shouldn’t. Its ultra-low profile and track-drive system create a low center of gravity that allows the machine to scale slopes up to 55 degrees and clear low obstacles like solar panels. And because it’s operated remotely, there’s no need for an onboard cockpit, keeping operators safely out of harm’s way when working on steep grades or near roadside traffic. Combined, these characteristics make it the ideal machine for challenging

“The OVIS platform gives landscapers access to jobsites that were previously off-limits,” said AriensCo Chief Revenue Officer Stephen Ariens. “With the OVIS-X, we’re making that work even more efficient and operator friendly.”

Both the OVIS and OVIS-X are sold exclusively through independently owned and operated Gravely dealerships, with the OVIS-X becoming available in the U.S. and Canada in May 2026. Both models are manufactured by AriensCo in Bühlertann, Germany.
